Bob Deakin has been a writer and journalist for the past 20 years with more than 1,000 stories published while working other jobs that may or may not have been a good fit. He grew up in Connecticut trying to look like a writer while wishing it were as warm and sunny as Florida, where he now resides.

He likes music, books, running and beaches and is not afraid of clowns or allergic to anything. He was a mediocre student with no attention span, does not have a degree from a prestigious school, has won no writing awards and does not have a dog.
